Nothing much.
And so. Here am I. It’s a sad case, but nevermind. You will know in a few minutes.
On Friday, after school, I came home, I practically did nothing, other than finding some information for the radio project that we are starting on the next day. Went to sleep at about 1 am.
On Saturday, I woke up at 7.30 am, rushed to school at 8am. And by the way, it is supposed to be Deepavali, mind you. So I’m doomed to be celebrating Deepavali with my radio and my teammates. =.=” But we have no other choices, do we? Everything is a mad rush here in my school. At 8am, I’m so glad that Dr Wong is so so so nice! She’s nice beyond description. My lack of vocabulary undermine her nice character! Seriously. The night before, I reminded Joanne to ask Dr Wong for permission to use the computer in the music room. Then she told me that Dr Wong has to check her schedule first, because her mum has an appointment the next day and she doesn’t know the timing. Then at around 10.30pm, Jo informed me that Dr Wong has informed her via sms that she can make it from 8-10am on the next day. You have no idea how thankful I was. And on Saturday itself, when I went to school. I was so shocked that I was the only one. =.= Dr Wong came back to school just to open the music room for me? Only for one student? Gosh, I’m really really touched. And grateful. I mean, she can just stay at home, or choose the easier way, like just taking her mom to that appointment without bothering about coming back to school. I’m going to PRACTISE and REHEARSE and PLAY VERY VERY VERY WELL in return for her kind and compassionate actions for ARTS FEST. woots~ Seriously. No, not joking. I’m going to compose well and make her efforts worthwhile. Yes, I WILL. And I realised at that instant, that she CARES a LOT. Yes, A LOT. =) <3 MUSIC!! If not for her, I wouldn’t even fall so deeply in love with music. ^^
After that 2 hours, Yiyi and I started on the radio project. It was…. well, the most unproductive time spent EVER. Well, it’s physics. That’s why. It can’t be helped. Really. So we did until 1pm, then I went for lunch, and back home to do the report. Sigh, TOUGH. Music is tough too. But to tell you the truth, I would rather spend all my time on music than on PHYSICS. Seriously, this shows the extent of my phobia. Sigh. In the evening, I discovered that Finale Notepad can actually be downloaded FREE from the finale website!! Ok, I know I’m slow. ._.” Never mind. So after dinner, I began working on my Finale final composition, and also editing my first composition and checking my Permutations. There. From physics radio report diverted to music composition project. Therefore, it’s practically another wasted day for me.
On Sunday, I continued on my final composition right after I woke up. ^^ It’s so cool! I <3 my own composition. haha. I think I did the composition for practically the whole day. Until after dinner, I started on my French, and edited a bit of my radio project. Grr. Another day wasted.
On Monday, I didn’t go to school. Initially we were supposed to meet up in school for the radio project again. But we didn’t. Each of us is busy with our own stuff. Heh. I think I practically slacked through the whole day, since I can’t really remember what I did. =X Though I can remember completing the French project. And my part for the radio report. Good enough I guess. But I didn’t get to study! Yes, study for the EXAMS!! AND O LEVEL CHINESE. BOO HOO. I feel like a failure. Totally. Can’t seem to finish anything fast! And I didn’t get to practise my maths and chemistry that I thought I would during this 4-days break! *self-criticizes*
On Tuesday (today), also a Hari Raya, I have to go back to school. -.- YES, ALL FOR PHYSICS AND THE *ARGH* RADIO that can’t/can work. We don’t know whether it’s considered working, since we only receive electric static signals, and not the real audio sounds. Sighh. And it’s not like Mr Lim is of much help either. Seriously. But he has been like this all along. So never mind. Dr Wong’s so much nicer!! ^^ MUST DO WELL MUST DO WELL FOR MUSIC!!! And from 9am, we tried to make our radio work until 1pm. whoa. 4 whole hrs!! Then I went for lunch and later went back home to rush the report again. At about 4pm, Yiyi suddenly bombed me with a “Can you do the last part about why our radio worked/do not work?” I got a rude shock. Firstly because I was making plans to start studying already, (there’s a test on magnetic fields this thursday), and secondly, I don’t know much about physics and the wierd radios! Which means that I would have to spend a few more hours on it to make it a presentable report! Grr. Nevermind. I’ve done it anyway. And later, Kegan asked me to check the French project. Quite ok, I guess. I hope I remember my lines correctly during tomorrow’s presentation! =X Anyway, I’ve got to study for my physics test already! And did I mention that there’s also French EXAM for me this coming Fri (oral) and Sat (written)?
Gosh. Going to have a complicated and busy week. And I HAVEN’T STARTED STUDYING ON ANYTHING YETTT!!! All the days have been wasted! Fine, I’ve got to START NOW!
Au revoir. [Till later~]
