l'arc-en-ciel

Was actually thinking of ponning school today because I was super tired, but didn't because it's the last day anyway and we wouldn't experience anymore end-of-year ceremony cos next year would be graduation ceremony. It's a once-in-a-lifetime thing, though it isn't that grand after all. Hah. Oh and Maddy actually top the school in the no. of distinctions and placed second in the counting of the UES. Congrats! :) You do 1T28 proud. Haha.

Today's quote of the day for prayer was: We don't appreciate how much we have until we start to lose something. How true. I should stop lamenting and look on the bright side and start to count all my blessings.

During SD period this morning, we had some 'appreciation' activity during which everyone gets an envelope and pass it around so that others can write stuffs about/to you. And since we could not complete the activity, I shall just write something for everyone here (in no order of merit). :)

Shu Ann: A nice quiet girl who loves korean songs a lot. I think we should start exchanging some songs! Haha, I have many korean songs too! :) Thanks for helping the class clean the whiteboard time and again during tutorial lessons!

Madeline: Thanks for being a good friend and motivator and setting the standard for the class. :)

Mei Xiu: Thanks for being such a good HTC and keeping the class up and running throughout the year! Though we didn't get the best home-class award, we know that we're the best in our own unique way. :) Thank you for trying your best in PW too.

Eirene: Boo! Thanks for giving me a backache! It's damn pain ok. Didn't know that a small little girl like you has so much strength! =.="' I'll take my revenge some other day. LOL. okok.. Thanks for being a good listener and accompanying me during chinese periods. :P

Anabelle: Thanks for helping me scoop up my tadpole which fell on the lab bench. -.-" I was freaking out at that time. Haha.

Cheryl: You motivate me a lot during PE lessons with your super-fast speed in running. Haha, many thanks!

Joey: Thanks for adding much fun and laughter in class!

Shann: Eh, thanks for keeping me company for that few econs lessons! Haha, my econs sucks more than yours. -.-" lol.

Charlene: Thanks a lot a lot a lot for taking my place for Cambodia OCIP! ^^ If not for you, I don't know who else to approach already!

Liwei: Thanks for all your advice and jokes, especially during frustrating moments like the mad rush of WR. :D

Suyi: Yo gal! Be more woman can? LOL. Don't pon guzheng training already leh. I feel very bored alone. Omg. I can't imagine how I could tahan those super long SYF trainings without you la. ^^ There's more in life other than grades...so chill. Try to relax more! Don't feel so stress le.

Fenghui: Your laughter brighten up my day. Haha. :) God bless.

Petrina: Thanks for being enthu enough during GP periods to answer questions so that our class doesn't seem so dead. ^^ Help me say hi to deborah! :)

Xinyi: Thanks for being a nice nice friend!! And all your encouragements and the many 'jia you's from you during the wr period although you're not from my group!!! ^^

Nicole: Thanks for running 2.4 with me so that I can at least get D. =.="" And spending one of those precious moments of my life with you is indeed memorable. If only I could star-gaze a little longer with you and Brendan on our last night at Girton College!! What a pity I was falling sick at that time! =X Oh btw, when's our biotech outing?

Sin Yean: Fun-loving people like you make lessons less sian. :) Playing frisbee in class during break is entertaining, though dangerous. =X

Darren: Thanks for making PW seem less torturous by staying up late and helping the group to refine the horrible English for WR. :D Haha. Thanks for persuading your parents to have their eyesights taken as well!!

Yong Hao: Cheer up! :) Chill. There's always a solution to your problems! You just have to find the right key to open that door to overcome the barrier to your goal. Jia you!

Royston: You shouldn't believe in fortune-tellers because there's no reason why you should do so. Your future lies in your own hands and it is up to you how you would handle the situation you are in right now. You must zheng1 qi4!! :) Actually this goes the same to me. lol. whatever. As I've said before, I have near zero ability of consoling people, but thank you for placing your trust in me. And thank you for brightening up my day the other time when you brought that rabbit to school. Haha, you had no idea how depressed I was at that time.

Si Ming: Thanks for your advice during CCA open house and keeping me rather updated about SHS though I'm not there most of the time!! :) Haha.

Joel: Thanks for keeping the class entertained during boring Econs and GP lessons! Haha.

Dominic: Thanks for giving me Darren's tel no. in time for me to contact him for some urgent PW stuff before it's too late. Playing frisbee in class during break is entertaining as well, though dangerous. =X

Cephas: Thanks for generating some of the ideas for pw.

Gabriel: Sure! No problem I can help you in OP IF I can. Haha, lol. But I think you realise now that my OP is really bad haha. I think you're way way better than me!! Thanks for keeping me entertained during breaks by throwing frisbee and other random things around the class, though it's really dangerous!!!

Zhi Hua: Thanks for enforcing discipline in the class in your own unique way, though it doesn't necessarily work all the time. :P Haha. Be more enthu leh! :)

Since we're using our own classroom for the last day officially, we have to tear down all our decorations and whatnots. This is when it suddenly dawned on me that I'll miss this classroom a lot a lot. Not only does it hold the memories of 1T28, it also contains the memories of 1T22 in the first three months as well, with me sitting in Charlene's place and Mei xiu in Petrina's place. The memories of See Lek, Fiona, Bad, Bao Ren, John.

And in a way, I'll miss our spoilt-for-don't-know-how-long-but- finally-working-cos-of-OP projector. Haha.

I love my 1T28 simply because everyone unique in this class contributes to the culture of the class. Sincerely hope that we'll remain together as a class in 2T28 next year!! (Joey?? :( ) My wonderful T28 is part of me and this is where the motivation for me to persevere comes from. So thank you everyone! :)

-----------------
I screwed up my OP today. screwed up big time. Don't know why. Just went speechless for what seemed like eternity and hyperventilated!! T_T That's not me la! But among the choruses of 'Go Jane!' , I found the courage to continue. -.-" Haiz. I hope this is only due to my lack of sleep..... =S

I have even spoken to the entire school before in front of 3 principals when running for council last year and I didn't even feel the slightest fear at that time!! What's becoming of me????? I think I'm becoming more introverted and that's bad. really bad. :(

Sigh. Jia you ba.
